At Grow with Gitika, we are committed to providing the best experience for all participants. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before registering for our webinar.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the webinar is canceled by Grow with Gitika, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If a participant accidentally registers multiple times for the same webinar, they may request a refund for the duplicate payment.
  • If a participant is unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., personal emergencies), they may request a refund or reschedule, depending on the situation.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend the webinar without notifying us in advance.
  • Requests made after the webinar has concluded.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content or format of the webinar after attending.
  • Technical issues on the participant’s end (e.g., poor internet connection, device compatibility issues).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@growithgitika.com with the subject line “Refund Request – Webinar”.
  2. Provide your name, email address, payment details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the webinar date to be eligible for consideration.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Any applicable transaction fees deducted by payment processors may not be refundable.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • If we reschedule the webinar, you will be notified, and you will have the option to attend the new session or request a refund.
  • If you cannot attend the webinar at the rescheduled time, you may be offered access to a recording (if available), but no refund will be issued.
